2.ELEPHANT POLO

The various options of organising Royal Elephant/camel polo
Option I

Venue:The City Palace,Jaipur [Residence of the royals of Jaipur]
 
This is a classic and is the form of polo that is exciting,regal and if you are lucky ,could get you the opportunity of either a glimpse of the royal family member or even a chance to play polo with one ,if luckier.

The City palace ambience is one of the most spellbinding experiences you could ever get.The majestic and scintillating view of the palatial grandeur of the past era gives you an opportunity to walk through the lanes of erstwhile stately age.

The details of Royal Elephant polo at the city palace, Jaipur Gardens are :-
 
The guest will enter through Tripolia gate (Royal entry gate) Tripoliya gate
After being showered rose petals at Rajendra Pole(gate),the guests are welcomed in Royal splendor with garlands,  tika- a traditional tilak ritual and melody of shehnai and nagaras(Drums) at the Khasa Gate(Private, exclusive enterance for the Royal Family).
The guests will be escorted to the palace Gardens through the Chandramahal Verndaha(a picturesque site)
A non-alcholic welcome drink will be served to the guests once they are seated.
Elephant polo match starts with a welcome procession, attractive parade of bejeweled camels, lancers on the horse back and folk dancers.
The Military band provides the elegant backdrop music.
Royal elephant polo broucher will be provided to all the guests.
Commentator will furnish the rules of the game and narrate the historic incidences relating polo and the Royals.
After the game, an autographed momento will be  awarded to all the guests.

Lunch / Dinner/ hi-tea arrangements can be done for the guests.

Conditions:
In case of cancellation within last 48 hours of the event , the charges will be non refundable.
The decision of the management of RJPF with regards to any dispute shall be binding and final.

Option 2

Venue: Rajmahal Palace Hotel

This Palace Hotel set amidst 15 acres of lush green lawns, was built over 250 years ago by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh of Jaipur for his favourite wife, Maharani Chandra Kunwar Ranawatji. Raj Mahal Palace has hosted celebrities like Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Jacqueline Kennedy and Prince Charles and Lady Diana.
There is a beautiful garden in front of the Heritage building, where an elephant polo could be arranged.
The guest will enter through Haati darwaja (Main entry gate to the palace hotel)
After being showered rose petals at Haathi Darwaja (gate),the guests are welcomed in Royal splendor with garlands, tika- a traditional tilak ritual and melody of shehnai and nagaras(Drums) at the Haathi Darwaja.
The guests will be escorted to the Gardens through a nice walk.
A non-alcholic welcome drink will be served to the guests once they are seated.

Ater one n half hours fan fare, Once the Polo is over, all the guests are requested to go to the upper lawn of the Rajmahal Palace for Hi tea.A lovely collection of rare pictures,polo troffies and wodden carved laibrary could be visited.
